Boost My Mark is operated by SHAMEER AHAMED LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. By using Boost My Mark ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The Service

Boost My Mark provides AI-powered marking and feedback for GCSE English Language exam practice answers. The Service is designed as a revision aid and does not replace professional teaching or official exam marking.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the marking features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has consented to your use of the Service.

4. Free Trial and Payments

New users receive a limited number of free marking attempts. After the free trial, a one-time payment is required for continued access until the end of the current exam season (August). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
Share your account with others or create multiple accounts to avoid payment
Submit content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is the intellectual property of SHAMEER AHAMED LTD. Mark schemes are based on publicly available AQA specifications and are used for educational purposes. You retain ownership of any content you submit for marking.

7. AI-Generated Feedback

Feedback and marks are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate. The Service is provided as a revision tool and should not be relied upon as the sole means of exam preparation. We do not guarantee any particular exam results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHAMEER AHAMED LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
